3.1 Power supply
Power supply plays a vital role in LED display. With the rapid growth of the LED industry, the demand for power supply is also increasing. 3.2 Cabinet

Pixel loss of control mode has two kinds:

LED quality problems:
The poor quality of the LED lamp itself is one of the main reasons for the loss of control. Under high or low temperature or rapid temperature change environment, the stress difference inside the LED can lead to runaway.
Electrostatic discharge:
Electrostatic discharge is one of the complex causes of runaway LEDs. During the production process, equipment, tools, utensils and the human body may be charged with static electricity, electrostatic discharge may lead to LED-PN junction breakdown, which will trigger the runaway.

In different applications, the actual requirements of the pixel loss of control rate can be a big difference, in general, LED display for video playback, the indicators required to control within 1/104 is acceptable, but also can be achieved; if used for simple character information dissemination, the indicators required to control within 12/104 is reasonable.
6. Comparison Between Outdoor and Indoor Full Color LED Screens
Outdoor full color LED display have high brightness, typically above 5000 to 8000 nits (cd/m²), to ensure that they remain visible in bright light. They require a high level of protection (IP65 or above) to protect against dust and water and to withstand all weather conditions. In addition, outdoor displays are usually used for long-distance viewing, have a large pixel pitch, typically between P5 and P16, and are made of durable materials and construction that are resistant to UV rays and temperature variations, and adaptable to harsh outdoor environments.
Indoor full color LED screen have a lower brightness, typically between 800 and 1500 nits (cd/m²), to adapt to the lighting conditions of indoor environments. As they need to be viewed at close range, indoor displays have a smaller pixel pitch, usually between P1 and P5, to provide higher resolution and detailed display effects. Indoor displays are lightweight and aesthetically pleasing, usually with a thinner design for easier installation and maintenance. The protection level is low, usually IP20 to IP43 can meet the demand.
